Emily grew up in Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 2015 with a BA in Communication. She and her husband, Markus, got married in 2015, and now have three children: Chloe, Benjamin, and Deborah. She has previously worked in various admin roles, including Admin Assistant to the Athletes in Action Global Director. Markus and Emily started attending Parkview in 2020, and faithfully served as volunteers in the Parkview Nursery for 4 years before Emily accepted the position of Nursery Director in the fall of 2024.
